Q: Are all the products in the hampers kosher certified?

A: Yes, all the products included in our gift hampers are certified kosher by a reputable kosher certification agency. We use a combination of locally produced and imported items, and all products are of a high level of Kashrut certification. All dairy items are Chalav Yisrael and suitable for all levels of observance.

Q: What kind of products can I expect to find in a kosher gift hamper?

A: Our kosher gift hampers typically include a variety of snacks, chocolates, sweets, and beverages that are all certified kosher. We have different style gifts for various occasions, tastes and budgets. We offer gifts with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, soft drinks, and tea. 

Q: Can I customise my own kosher gift hamper?

A: Yes, we offer custom gift hampers where you can choose the specific products you want to include. Please contact us via email at info@matana.gifts to discuss your budget and requirements. We also offer various add-on items which can be added to existing hampers for an easy customisation experience. 

Q: Can I include a message with my gift?

A: Yes, you can add a personalised message to the gift hamper via the notes section before you checkout. There are complimentary card options as well as various greeting cards available for purchase on the product page. Please select your preferred card and include the message before you checkout.

Q: What can I do if I forgot to write a message?

A: Please email us at info@matana.gifts with your order number and message you'd like to include and we can add it to the order for you. Please note, this must be done within 48 hours of placing your order to guarantee it will be added to your gift hamper.

Q: How are the gift hampers packaged?

A: Our kosher gift hampers are carefully packaged in a premium quality box with a ribbon or bow. Wicker gift baskets are available for an additional fee. For special requests and inquiries, please contact us via email at info@matana.gifts.

Q: Do you deliver Australia-wide?

A: Yes, we offer delivery Australia-wide for our kosher gift hampers. Please note, there are some platters and grazing boxes which are only available for local delivery within 5km of East St Kilda (Victoria) due to the fresh nature of the ingredients and unique packaging. 

Q: Can I choose a date in the future for the gift to be delivered?

A: Yes! There is a calendar at checkout where you can select your preferred delivery date. Please note this date can only be guaranteed for local deliveries. For other delivery addresses, we will do our absolute best to have the order delivered as close to the requested delivery date as possible.

Q: What is the delivery time for the gift hampers?

A: Delivery times vary depending on the location. Generally, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (unless requested otherwise). Most orders are then delivered within 1-3 business days. Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with your kosher gift hamper, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the hamper and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
